Job Title: Physician/Surgeon

Thrive Medical Clinic is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Physicians for locum or long term positions.

A SIGNING BONUS COULD BE OFFERED TO COMMITTED APPLICATIONS AND OUR CLINIC WILL COVER ANY CHART / EMR TRANSFER FEES FOR EXISTING PATIENTS.

This role offers a flexible work schedule, allowing the physician to choose their preferred working days.

Our clinic operates as a full family practice or walk-in clinic, providing a wide range of medical services to our diverse patient population. This position also includes the opportunity for virtual appointment or use telemedicine , allowing the physician to consult with patients remotely if they plan on working from home or in office. There are no on-call requirements for this role, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. The compensation for this position is fee-for-service or LFP model in BC, providing a competitive remuneration package for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care within the clinic and through virtual consultations.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medicine and integrate them into patient treatment plans.
• Ensure all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met in the practice.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid license to practice medicine in the state.
• Proven experience as a Physician or Surgeon.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
