Job Title: Physician or Surgeon

Empathy Collaborative Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician or Surgeon to join our outpatient, walk-in facility. This is a permanent, fee-for-service position with no on-call requirements. We welcome applications from International Medical Graduates (IMGs). Our clinic is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The successful candidate will work approximately 8 patient hours per day, focusing on diagnosing, treating, and preventing a wide range of health conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to the health and well-being of all our patients, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical services to patients on a walk-in basis.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions and diseases.
• Develop and implement patient management plans and record patient history accurately.
• Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in medicine and participate in professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD) or equivalent from a recognized medical school.
• Valid license to practice medicine in the state and board certification in a specialty area.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
