Vintage View Medical is a well-established, physician-owned Family Practice in West Kelowna, currently seeking to add a dedicated and skilled physician to our team of six doctors.

This is a unique opportunity to develop and shape your own practice based on your professional interests, with full support from experienced colleagues and our administrative team. Over the past three years, we have successfully expanded by welcoming three new physicians, including two relocating from the UK. We warmly welcome International Medical Graduates (IMGs) and offer supervision for Provisional Licensees. If you are new to British Columbia, we are happy to assist with billing support.

Our clinic utilizes the Oscar Pro EMR system and is a teaching site for UBCO. We exclusively provide scheduled appointments, as we do not operate a walk-in service, ensuring that you will only see clinic patients.

As part of our collaborative environment, we provide cross-coverage for each other's patients and labs, so there is no need for locums during your time off. Additionally, we offer flexible work hours to support a healthy work-life balance.

We offer a fixed overhead split initially, with the opportunity to buy into the practice as a joint owner, resulting in one of the lowest overhead costs in the area. Your income will be directly tied to the level of effort you put into your practice, with substantial earning potential.
