We are looking for lifestyle medicine oriented internal medicine specialists in Ontario who are passionate about helping people achieve remission of Type II Diabetes. We have built a full-stack virtual care offering to help patients make the changes necessary to reverse insulin resistance. Work with us full-time or part-time (1-2 days per week). We are currently live in BC and soon to launch in AB and ON. Join our growing team and help us scale diabetes remission as an option for our patients.
