Jane Sheppard Medical Dental Center, is a well-established clinic with a loyal patient base of over 4000 that has been active for 30+ years.
Our clinic is conveniently located at the intersection of two major streets in a ground level, storefront strip mall with great exposure, easy TTC access and ample parking. We have four exam rooms, a private office, lab space and a great waiting room space. Basement storage and room for office expansion. Our office is shared with a dentist that can stay or go depending on the needs of the new physician(s) coming in, and we have a competitive lease rate and total overhead. Can easily double up as family practice + walk-in clinic.
We are looking for physicians to take over the operation in Summer of 2024.
