Opportunity

We're excited to welcome two dedicated Hearing Care Providers to our new offices in Burnaby and Nanaimo, British Columbia. This role is perfect for someone passionate about patient care and eager to engage in community outreach. If you have experience in diagnostics, prescribing, dispensing, and servicing hearing aids, coupled with outstanding counseling and communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time, permanent position in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with patients through comprehensive care, from initial consultations to follow-up.
• Conduct audiometric testing, recommend suitable hearing aids, and ensure personalized fitting and programming.
• Engage in oral rehabilitation and ongoing patient care.
• Expand our patient base through proactive pipeline management.
• Collaborate in community outreach and educational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in managing a high patient volume.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to positivity and professionalism.
• Deep compassion and respect for patients.
• Experience in Vestibular, Cochlear, and Tinnitus management is advantageous.
