Role Overview:

Our latest company is focused on building a best-in-class platform for independent medical evaluations (IMEs), improving efficiency, transparency, and accuracy while addressing unmet needs in the market, and we are seeking a Founding Psychiatrist to build out that platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Shape the direction of the company from day 0.
• Serve as the clinical lead and public face of the company, driving the development of our independent medical evaluation platform.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, including insurers, lawyers, and third-party administrators, to ensure top-tier service and care.
• Contribute to the creation of educational resources and training for IME providers.
• Advocate for the company’s mission with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners.

What You Bring:

• Licensed psychiatrist.
• Experience with independent medical evaluations (IMEs) or a strong interest in transitioning into this area.
• Sense of leadership and ability to cultivate and manage relationships with key clients like insurers, lawyers, and third-party administrators.
• Passion for healthcare technology and innovation.
• Clinical and entrepreneurial acumen, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
