Family Medicine - North York

Our client is seeking full-time or part-time Family Physicians to join their team at a clinic located in a high-volume area at the heart of North York, Toronto. This multidisciplinary clinic offers a wide range of specialist consultations across several disciplines, all under one roof.

The clinic prides itself on providing high-quality and expedited service by combining the expertise of various specialists with same-day diagnostic testing. This seamless approach offers patients a one-stop-shop experience for their healthcare needs. Family physicians play a crucial role in bridging the gap and ensuring comprehensive care for patients.

North York, located in Ontario, is a vibrant community known for its diverse population, thriving cultural scene, and excellent amenities. It offers a dynamic urban lifestyle with easy access to parks, recreational facilities, shopping centers, and top-notch educational institutions.

Scheduling:

Our client is offering a schedule with flexibility. They understand the many commitments of physicians and will work with them to tailor a schedule that works for them to ensure that their other obligations and commitments can be managed. 

Remunerations: FFS split 80/20

Requirements and Education:  

• Independent Practice Certificate of Registration from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Membership in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• US-trained specialists are exempt from The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons eligibility requirements (US Board Certified Physicians are eligible for an independent license in Ontario) through Pathway A.
• Internationally trained candidates who pass the subspecialty exam being launched by the CPSO (College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario) will be considered through the Exam Eligible Route.
• The physician must be able to collaborate with health care staff, patients and their families. 
• Able to work in a team environment and independently.
