Job Description
I have an outpatient internal medicine practice and I am looking for a nurse practitioner to help me review patient results and follow up with patients especially for those with stable chronic disease management (ie. diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, fatty liver, iron deficiency)
The hours are flexible, from part time to full time, and all work can be done from home via phone/telehealth with patients.
