Family Physician

Job Title: Physician or Surgeon

Facility: Dr Hermann S Nell Inc.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician or Surgeon to join our team at Dr Hermann S Nell Inc. This is a permanent position in an outpatient facility, providing care to a diverse patient demographic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, with an estimated patient volume of over 1500 and approximately 27 patient hours per week. This position offers a fee-for-service compensation structure, and on-call duties are optional. IMG applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and integrated patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest medical research, treatments, and procedures to provide the best care possible.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities and maintain professional licensure.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of a residency program.
• Current and valid medical license to practice in the state.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong commitment to patient care and the ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
