Position: Médecin Familiale

Nous cherchons un médecin fiable et expérimenté pour joindre notre équipe à la Clinique Médicale de Bedford Qc. Ce poste est permanent sans obligation de soir, avec un modèle de rémunération frais-pour-service (garanti minimal négociable). Le ou la candidate choisie doit assurer des soins de qualité à une clientèle diversifiée avec un horaire de 33 heures semaine et de 20 à 30 consultations par jour. Candidat(e) idéal(e) aura un engagement profond au soins de patients, bonne communication, et un intéret aux communautés rurales et bilingues. Candidat(e)s de temps-partiel sont bienvenue aussi.

Devoirs

• Offre de soins complets aux patient(e)s, blessures, diagnostic, traitement et prévention des maladies;
• Suivis aux patient.e.s pour évaluation de la santé et améliorations;
• Référence aux spécialistes au besoin;
• Suivi des avancés médicales;
• Collaboration avec d'autres professionnels pour assurer des soins coordonnés et intégrés.

Exigences

• Diplôme de médecine d'une Faculté accréditée;
• Licence valide pour pratiquer au Quebec;
• Trois ans d'expérience à titre de médecin;
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication;
• Ouverture à une pratique en milieu rural et bilingue.

Job Title: Family Physician

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician to join our team at the Bedford Medical Clinic located in Bedford, QC. This is a permanent position with no on-call requirements, offering a fee-for-service compensation model (minimal guarantee negotiable). The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-quality medical care to our diverse patient demographic, with an estimated patient hours of 33 per week and a patient volume from 20. The Physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries, providing preventive care, conducting follow-ups, and referring patients to specialists when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and openness to a rural, bilingual environment. Part-time candidates also welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and injuries.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with patients to assess their health and progress.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary for further diagnosis or treatment.
• Stay updated on the latest medical developments
• Collaborate with other professionals to provide coordinated and integrated care.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Valid license to practice medicine in Quebec.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physician
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Openness to a bilingual, rural practice.
