Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular conditions.
• Conduct non-invasive procedures as needed, including overseeing echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter Monitors and ECGs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes and preventive measures to reduce cardiovascular risk.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications:

• Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or eligible to take the Fellowship Exam in Internal Medicine
• Must hold or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
