Ascend Pediatrics is an inclusive Pediatric Therapy Team located in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area. We have a clinic in Cochrane, AB and provide services within homes in Calgary and surrounding areas. Our specialized team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and in-home therapy aides offer support to kids, teens, and their families both in the clinic and at home. We prioritize focusing on what a child can do rather than their specific diagnosis.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Speech Language Pathologist at Ascend Pediatrics. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting speech therapy sessions and assessing and treating communication disorders. The role requires work in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting assessments and providing treatment for speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid certification and licensing as a Speech Language Pathologist
