The Trent Hills Family Health Team (THFHT) is a multi-site award-winning organization that provides comprehensive primary care services to over 15,000 rostered patients in South Central Ontario. The THFHT is supported by excellent staff and allied health professionals, such as Nurse Practitioners and Mental Health workers.
